Nothing hurts the egos of the HCSO command more than workers speaking up.
That being said, never tell anyone you post here. Not even your trusted friends, work partners, or even that friend you went through the academy with decades ago. Not because you don’t trust them but to protect them. Plausible deniability.
You know how they twist decisions you have made on cases. Even though they were lose lose loaded situations from the go. You know what they use to threaten you and the manipulative games they play to get you to talk.
You seen them do this when they chased stats so many years ago. Some of those same people that put arrest stats over public service are now your leaders.
Spread the word about this site, speak up, but tell no one you post here. EVER.
